| PRE- AND
POST CONVENTION SEMINARS: NEW: Check the 900 series; Two PRE-convention seminars will be offered this time! The dates are Sat & Sun, Feb, 22 & 23, and the instructors are Patty Stouffer (acrylics, seminar #901) and Robert Warren (oils, seminar #902). There will also be a selection of five POST-convention seminars on March 1 & 2. |
| EXHIBITS / SHOPPING: An "attendee fee" of just $10.00 is required for entrance to the exhibit hall if you are NOT registered for classes. This fee covers all three days. (If you are registered for classes there's no extra fee). There's once again over 100 booths for shopping! |
| LOCATION: Classes will be in 16 various meeting rooms, and exhibits will be in the Tropicana's Pavilion. |
| CLASSES: All selected classes are new, never before offered,
by popular teachers. Seating for most classes is limited to either 27 or 36 (depending on room size). We've added in some "Retro Classes" that you may have missed from long ago. Be sure to check for these in the 200 series of the classes section on this website. |
| SPONSORED
EVENTS: These are seven events in the 700 series that are sure to sell out. Don't miss these as you scroll though the pages of what's being offered! |
|
CLASS RE-SALE POLICY: Helpful hint: If a class still has many seats available, we probably cannot re-sell the ticket, since we'll be selling our tickets first. If a class is sold out or nearly filled, we should be able to re-sell the ticket for you. Suggestion: Do not sign up in advance for more classes than you can handle. You can always add more to your schedule later, or at the convention (subject to availability of course). |
| CLASS
ETTIQUETTE: 1. Smoking is NOT allowed in any classrooms or the hallway. 2. Cell phones & pagers are allowed only if set to "silent" ring or "vibrate" so they do not disrupt the class. Please step outside the room if you receive a call. 3. Be on time for class; Late arrivals often delay class "timing" ... but wait outside for the teacher to open the room for seating. It's easier for the teacher to "set-up" supplies if the room is empty. |
