You can still submit to teach by mail the "old way". (send application with photo). There is no charge to submit by mail, and no limit to number of submissions. - OR - You can now submit via email! Complete the Teaching Application and scan into your computer. Email the form as an attachment, (pdf or jpeg format) along with your photo (jpeg or tiff format). Send only ONE submission per email. If you have 3 submissions, send 3 emails. This way we will easily keep the correct photo with the correct application. There will be a $10 charge for the 1st email submission, and $5 for each additional email submission to cover our costs. You will need to fill in the Mastercard or Visa info on the application. (This should still be less than next day air or overnight postage charges). We'll have prints made, and sort them with the application we'll print out. 1. Print out application, fill in completely, and scan into your computer. (Be sure application is complete, including Mastercard/Visa info) 2. Attach scan of form AND photo of submission to the email. 3.
